Guest room rates are subject to a 13.5% tax. Please note that tax rates are subject to change without notice.<\/p>\n
Cancellation policy:<\/h3>\n
Since a variety of cancellation plans are available please kindly refrence the cancellation policy provided by your confirmation. This is the cancelaltion policy that will apply for your booking.\u201d We have some 24 hour cancellation plans. Groups have 7 days, sometimes 14 days and so on.<\/p>\n
Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received by 4 p.m. Mountain Standard Time 48 hours (2 days) in advance of your arrival date.<\/strong>\u00a0If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge for one night\u2019s accommodation plus tax.\u00a0 All cancelled reservations must\u00a0supply a cancellation number, which will be provided via email or given verbally at the time of cancellation.\u00a0 If you fail to arrive for your reservation and you have not prepaid, the no-show charge is the first night including taxes.<\/p>\nAdvance Purchase:<\/h3>\n
Advance Purchase reservations are prepaid, non-cancellable, non-refundable and dates cannot be changed under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nSmoking:<\/h3>\n
The Golden Hotel is a non smoking hotel. There will be a minimum of a $250.00 non-refundable fee charged to any room that is smoked in to deep clean and restore the room back to it\u2019s non-smoking condition.<\/p>\n
Special Requests:<\/h3>\n
The Golden Hotel has limited availability of Pack N Plays and roll-away beds. The fee for a roll-away bed is $25.00 per night. There is no fee for Pack N Play. Both are available on a first come first serve basis and must be reserved at reservation time.<\/p>\n
There is no guarantee of any room number, location or view. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests but no guarantees will be made. We cannot guarantee adjoining rooms, again we will do our very best to ensure your total satisfaction. You may check with the Hotel by phone to reiterate your preferences prior to arrival.<\/p>\n
Pet Policy:<\/h3>\n
The Golden Hotel is proud to be a\u00a0 pet-friendly Hotel.<\/p>\n
The following policies will apply:<\/p>\n
\n- Please call the Hotel directly to let us know that you will be traveling with your pet.<\/li>\n
- $35.00 nightly fee applies per room.<\/li>\n
- Maximum two pets per room.<\/li>\n
- 65-pound weight limit<\/li>\n
- Special requests can be made by contacting the Hotel directly.<\/li>\n
- Owner assumes all liability for damage to property caused directly by the pet.\u00a0 A minimum $250.00 fee will be charged for any damage caused to the guest room or if excessive cleaning is necessary.<\/li>\n
- Pets must be on a leash at all times while outdoors and in the public areas of The Golden Hotel.<\/li>\n
- Housekeeping will not provide service to your guest room while your pet is present.<\/li>\n
- The Golden Hotel will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to, or caused by, the pet or loss of pet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
* Release and Indemnification. You agree to release, defend and indemnify The Bailey Co. LLLP, DBA The Golden Hotelfrom any and all claims or damages related to your pet or your pets stay at the Hotel, including any claims by third-parties. Dogs can not be left alone or unsupervised in the guest room at any time.<\/p>\n
