installed motion sensor\u00a0lighting in\u00a0public restrooms, storage units, housekeeping closets and the fitness room, as well as completed an Xcel Energy efficiency audit.\u00a0 Installation of\u00a0an occupancy monitoring system for our guest rooms.\u00a0 Installation of two Tesla charging stations\u00a0in hotel parking lot for guests of The Golden Hotel and Bridgewater Grill.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Water Conservation<\/strong>:\u00a0 Water efficient fixtures throughout the hotel and restaurant including duel flush toilets in all guest rooms.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Products with Recycled Content<\/strong>:\u00a0 Purchasing products made of recycled material, purchasing non-toxic environmentally friendly products, as well as purchasing local and organic products<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reduced Amenities Waste<\/strong>:\u00a0 Guest bathrooms are outfitted with our luxury custom blend shampoo, shower gel and\u00a0conditioner dispensers;
